You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use ful500. Account holders who are found to be underage will have their accounts closed and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on ful500. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.
All transactions on ful500 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via supported local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method.
All bonuses and free credits issued by ful500 are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions specified at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable turnover requirement has been satisfied in full.
ful500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage of account activity, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the ful500 Platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. ful500 employs automated and manual age-verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is designed and operated for players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, You confirm that You are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and that accessing online gaming platforms does not violate any law applicable to You personally.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You confirm that You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that You are not acting under duress or undue influence, and that You are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent You from entering contracts or participating in gaming activities.
2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any cooling-off period imposed by ful500 or any other gaming operator at the time of registration or subsequent account use. Circumventing a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.
2.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law do so entirely at their own legal risk. ful500 expressly disclaims all liability arising from such access. ful500 reserves the right to block access from, and close accounts registered in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at any time and without advance notice.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one registered Account on the ful500 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are equally required to update this information promptly should it change at any point after registration.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ful500 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify ful500 immediately via our support channels if You suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. ful500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Account is found to have been registered with false or misleading information; (b) there is evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; (c) the Account holder is determined to be a minor; or (d) the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance.
3.5 Account Transfers. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise grant any third party access to or interest in your Account, your Balance, or any Bonus Credit associated therewith.
4.1 Verification Triggers. ful500 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the customer lifecycle, including but not limited to: first withdrawal request, cumulative deposits exceeding a set threshold, account detail changes, or as part of routine compliance review.
4.2 Acceptable Documents. ful500 accepts the following forms of identity documentation issued by Indonesian authorities:
4.3 Compliance Timeframe. Upon receiving a KYC request, You must submit the requested documentation within 7 calendar days. Failure to comply within this period may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality and, after a further 14 calendar days of non-compliance, permanent account closure with balance settlement subject to review.
4.4 Data Handling. All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed in accordance with ful500's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and are never shared with third parties beyond what is required for regulatory compliance purposes.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. ful500 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in IDR.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of confirmed bank transfer receipt. ful500 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges independently.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. ful500 targets an average withdrawal completion time of under three minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may extend during periods of high transaction volume, bank maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Account cashier at the time of transaction. ful500 reserves the right to adjust these limits without advance notice.
5.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your ful500 Account, You confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that You are the authorised holder of the payment method used. ful500 actively monitors for suspicious transaction patterns consistent with money laundering and will report such activity to the relevant authorities.
6.1 General Conditions. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by ful500 are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Credits awarded by ful500 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook offers), and expiry period are stated in the relevant promotional terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of both the Bonus Credit and any winnings derived from it.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ful500 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-risk betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or colluding with other players.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
6.5 Seasonal and VIP Promotions. ful500 periodically offers promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events, including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Eligibility criteria for these promotions are stated in the specific offer details. ful500 is under no obligation to offer the same promotion in successive years.
7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the ful500 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, video poker, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sportsbook markets — are supplied by certified third-party providers and operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed physical outcomes. ful500 does not manipulate game results.
7.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or wager, ful500 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's Account Balance. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays. ful500 accepts no liability for losses arising from system interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
7.3 Sportsbook Rules. All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1 football, international leagues (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and e-sports — are governed by the specific sportsbook rules displayed in the betting interface. Void, postponed, or abandoned events are settled in accordance with those rules. ful500 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds where there is evidence of irregular activity.
7.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-session and daily payout limits apply across all game verticals. These limits are displayed within the relevant game lobby or cashier section. ful500 reserves the right to pay winnings exceeding the stated maximum in instalments over an agreed schedule.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ful500 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the ful500 Platform — including but not limited to the ful500 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, written content, game graphics, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ful500 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
9.2 Limited Licence. ful500 grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not: (a) frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any external website; (b) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform; or (c) use the ful500 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation from ful500.
10.1 Platform Availability. ful500 endeavours to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. However, ful500 does not warrant uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party provider failures, or events outside its reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government-ordered blockages, or telecommunications infrastructure failures).
10.2 Gambling Losses. Gambling inherently involves financial risk. ful500 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Players in the ordinary course of using the Platform, provided that all games have been operated fairly and in accordance with their published rules and certified RTP parameters.
10.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ful500's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Indirect Losses. In no event shall ful500 be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, regardless of whether ful500 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.1 Data Collection. ful500 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.
11.2 Data Security. ful500 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect Player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Notwithstanding these measures, ful500 cannot guarantee absolute security and encourages Players to use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication.
11.3 Marketing Communications. With your consent at the time of registration, ful500 may send promotional communications via email, SMS, or in-platform notification. You may withdraw this consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in your Account settings or by contacting our support team.
12.1 Right to Amend. ful500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, ful500 will provide advance notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the ful500 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If You do not agree to any amendment, You must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
13.1 International Jurisdiction. ful500 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to ful500's operating entity.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between You and ful500, You are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. ful500 is committed to resolving disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected]. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures of the relevant licensing authority.
13.3 Language of Agreement. These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event that any translation is provided for reference purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity.
